I tried to install the Adrenaline driver and now i cannot use any of my shortcuts or and of my commands will not work it just keeps thinking like its downloading but never downloads 8m not sure what next steps to do can anyone help me

It is tough to provide assistance without a HP Product Number. I don't know your PC's component configuration.

 

I guess you have an AMD graphics card if you are installing Adrenaline. Did you get this driver from AMD or somewhere else (Windows Update or HP Support Assistant)?

 

You would have to try getting to the Windows Recovery Environment if you can't do anything when Windows is running. Maybe try a System Restore. But I don't know if you need to do this at this point in time.

 

I am not following the downloading problem or the system unresponsiveness problem. It sounds like Windows is locked up.

 

Have you tried to restart the PC? A restart can sometimes fix the problem.
