OMEN 25L Gaming Desktop GT15-0340qd

So i got a new Omen pc (windows 11) about a week ago and ive been having issues ever since that i have been tirelessly troubleshooting to no avail. Basically applications will either not load, crash, fail application updates, etc. Any browser (Microsoft edge or google) will only load select websites or just downright crash. Games through the xbox app will download fast and have super speedy loading times but when i open them they crash, dont load at all and stay on the loading screen for hours upon hours (longest ive let it run was 12 hours on a small game), or on one very rare occasion, work for a couple hours then completely close the application out of nowhere. Ive tried sfc scans (first one said there was a corrupted file and it fixed it then any scan after said its fine), DSIM scans, i reset the entire computer locally, then reset it again via cloud, i reinstalled drivers, i failed to locate the memory dump file, i tried reinstalling applications, I reinstalled drivers, I reinstalled Windows 11, I contacted Microsoft. Nothings worked and i dont know much  about computers and ive just been following 10s of tutorials and articles.

Hi @Astro802,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are facing an issue with your PC crashing very often.

Follow the below steps to fix the issue.

-Perform a power drain on your PC.

1) Unplug the power cord from the PC & wall.

2) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.

3) Plug the power cord back into the PC and then connect it to the wall.

4) Power on the PC, check for Windows updates, and install them following the below steps.

go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it.

-Update the BIOS for your PC by clicking on the link.

Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.

Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
