Hello, I'm trying to play the open beta for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 but I ran into some issues. I needed to update my BIOS which i did the most recent update but my TPM isn't what I need it to be to play the game. Mine is currently 3.94.0.5 but needs to be 3.92.5.5 according to Activision. How can I go about fixing this so I can play?

Hi @LexGerman,

Thank you for your patience,

We know this isn't the answer many customers were hoping for.

Our engineers' latest advice is to follow the steps in the Technical Knowledge Base (TKB).

Resetting the TPM might fix the issue for some computers, but it can also affect Windows security settings and may require extra setup or recovery. That's why we included a warning so you can decide whether to try it.BIOS updates are carefully tested before release. For older products that are no longer supported, we may not be able to release new BIOS updates.

At this time, this is our final recommendation. If anything changes in the future, we'll share an update through our community.
