No news about the BIOS update for the TPM 2.0, all users for this desktop PC can't play to any game requiring the feature.

You should be working in this issue as the forum it is full of post about this topic for every computer.

Please take care of your devices and provide solutions.

Hello HP team,

It is now 2 December and we still do not have an update for the BIOS of the Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-0013ns PC.

It is a little bit disgusting that you are ignoring all your customers with this issue.

Please provide an update urgently, as we are unable to work with multiple tools due to the absence of TPM 2.0.

I will keep asking you to see if you are working on it.

Hopefully, all the users in here don't have to escalate this issue through other more popular forums like Reddit so people now about the HP approach to the products they sell.
