OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-0031ur

Yesterday, an update was released for CoD Warzone ! Unfortunately, I am unable to play it normally due to issues with updating the BIOS. I have not found a new firmware solution! Please resolve this issue or provide guidance on how to fix it. Thank you in advance. Product number 6AR20EA#ACB. BIOS version F.38-08/28/2023. Motherboard identifier 84FE

I recently posted about the same issue. Based on previous threads, I get the impression that it's not high on their list of priorities. Activision, having introduced this last year, definitely doesn't care about the legitimate players they've inadvertently ousted in their pursuit of anticheat incompetence. I'm on F.26 on an OMEN Laptop - 15-en0023dx. At this point, we can hope daddy HP is listening because I saw some recent models get updates earlier this year.

Greetings,

Welcome to the HP Forum.

HP Forum Administrators and the HP support team have been aware of the AMD TPM 2.0 version problem since 2025. Please see this HP Forum Thread.

Some HP MBs have received a TPM update, some HP MBs have not.

You'll just have to wait it out to see if your MB gets a BIOS update to fix this problem.

I have a retail AMD B550 MB. The MB OEM has finally (June 2026) released a BIOS update to fix the TPM 2.0 version problem and the expiring Windows Secure Boot security certificate problem.

Regards
