OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000a (514R7AV)

Im trying to play the new Call of Duty, and it gave me the notification that my BIOS Firmware needs updated to play parts of the game. I came here to download an update, and my OS is not one of the selectable options. I have Windows 11, 25H2. The only two options are Windows 11, and Windows 11 21H2. I came here looking for help. down below, I will drop more system information in hopes someone can help me. Thanks!

Hi:

 

I can't say that the latest BIOS update HP has for your PC will allow you to play COD, but below are the info and exe file links to the latest BIOS update for your PC's motherboard (F.38):

I do want to caution you that this person tried to update the BIOS and it didn't work.

I don't know if it was a one-off thing or if others have had the issue.

 

I cannot find any other posts regarding BIOS version F.38 and that motherboard.

Are you able to tell me how easy it would be to physically upgrade the motherboard with the information I gave you? I shouldn't have to replace an entire PC I bought just a few years ago to play a new game.

Please start a new discussion on what options you have (if any) to upgrade the motherboard.

 

It would probably entail upgrading the processor as well.
