I need your help! The past two weeks I’ve had this smart drive hard desk error. So I went to Best Buy and they told me to reach out to HP… I can’t find any customer tech service number anywhere. My computer is a year old. I don’t understand why this was happening what I went to Best Buy. They said that my screw is scraped so they don’t wanna touch it🥺 HELP. I havent used this computer in two weeks.
