So I'm currently running in to the BIOS firmware update required error for the new call of duty and I'm not sure how to fix this. I have both the TPM and Secure boot enabled. I completely reset my pc, cleared tpm, cleared secureboot, and updated the BIOS. But even after the BIOS update to F.32 my manufacturer version won't update and would stay as 3.90.0.5.

Unfortunately, according to this document from HP, they will not be releasing a BIOS update for the PC model series listed in that document to fix the AMD fTPM firmware attestation issue, which includes the OMEN Desktop PC 25L GT12-0xxxa model series.
