Is there any way I can update the bios on my Omen 870-224? I am trying to enable XMP but I can't seem to figure it out.

@plxt , welcome to the Community.

 

Here is the Software and Drivers page for the computer.  Select the OS on the left facing side of the page and the OS Version on the right facing side of the page.  Once the page opens you will see BIOS (4).  Make certain that you choose the correct version for you motherboard.  I am not certain that the update will enable the XMP section if it is even available.  HP doesn't normally use XMP's to overclock their memory.  They use the JEDEC's in the memory.
