I have bought the Hp victus on October 2023. I have faced lot of issues with this laptop. Issues such as hinges, wifi and now backlight bleeding. I have backlight bleeding for a month and half. I am really stressed and disappointed with the product. Two days ago(22/7/24) I reported about the backlight bleeding issue. Since, the laptop is under warranty and they are saying that the issue can be solved by chargeable basis. Kindly requesting to solve the issue under warranty.

They can help you with the unit repair or part replacement.
I request you talk to HP Phone Support and they will help you to sort it out
1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial number of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Hello sir.
Thanking you for the reply and I have registered about the case. But they are omiting about it and asking chargable basis to replace the display. Also the laptop still is in warranty.
