Hi all, I have a hp prodesk 440 G5 sff pc it has an i3 8100 cpu in it and I want to upgrade the psu in it as its only a 180w one at the moment the current one has one proprietary connector can anyone recommend what psu I need to upgrade to as want to fit a low profile graphics card in it and maybe upgrade the cpu so I can play euro truck simulator and American truck simulator

No worries -you're good!
Unfortunately, there are no power supply upgrades available for your desktop, due to its unique (small) dimensions and proprietary design.
Best you can do is a low-profile GT 1030, such as seen here: NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database. Whatever GT 1030 you buy, make sure it comes with a low-profile bracket, or else it wouldn't fit in your SFF case. Please note that a GT 1030 doesn't have good gaming capabilities. Honestly, your office PC is not particularly well-suited for gaming.

I don't understand what you are saying.
All I wanted to start with, was a clarification that you are referring to an HP ProDesk 400 G5 SFF, since there is no such thing as a "440" G5.
