OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-1000i (6J772AV)

My PC won't boot normally. When I boot using windows key + b, it beeps 8 times but screen remains blank even after a minute. Then it starts boot looping.

You haven't described what where you doing before the beeping started (it indicates some hardware failure), but I had similar problem (haven't counted the beeps though) while trying different RAM. I don't know exactly what triggered it, but after few bootloops, forced power-offs and unplugging from power source, BIOS decided to factory reset by itself and everything works fine since then...

Hi @discomacho

Your PC's  BIOS seems to be corrupted.

Download this BIOS update on a different PC. Run the .exe file.

You should get the option to create a USB BIOS recovery drive on the host PC.

Watch this HP Support Video on how to flash the BIOS using the USB drive you created on the second PC.

You might have a data recovery problem and may have to reinstall Windows if your PC is configured using Device Encryption and you don't know the BitLocker recovery key. This key might be available using your Microsoft account.

This BIOS corruption problem is usually caused by a bad BIOS update from Windows Update or HP Support Assistant.

You can stop future HP firmware updates offered by Windows Update as follows:

Enter Advanced System Settings in Search. Select the appropriate search result. Select the Hardware tab within the System Properties dialog box. Select Device Installation Settings. Select No. Save changes. Select Apply then OK.
