Microsoft Windows 11

I was trying to fix my computer because it has been running slower and I accidentally triggered the BitLocker loop, and I can not access the account that is linked to my Microsoft so I can not get the key to type into the suggested box.

If you don't have the Bitlocker recovery key your only option would be to reinstall Windows if you want to use the PC again.

Use the HP cloud recovery tool on another PC to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will restore the original HP factory software image on the new drive.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility:

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.

Your PC's product number is 9EE63AA#ABA
