Black sceeen with loading cursor

Hello,

I updated my NVIDIA drivers and after that my pc won't restart. It displays a black screen with loading cursor.

I googled manny options and i did a hp hardware scan and it said evrything is working properly. 

The next thing i wanted to try was windows systemrepair but i need a code for that. When i request the code with my email i don't receive a email. So i am stuck.

I hope anny of you have anny solutions.

I understand that after the graphic update, you have trouble logging into the Pc, and you are trying for a system repair and looking for a code.

I was not able to find anhy details to it, to help you better, please do share the image of the Code you are talking about, So I can try to find all the help
