bluetooth has an error and is struggling to update because of a driver error with windows 11

I see that you are facing Bluetooth-related issues on your system. Do not worry we are here to help you fix the issue.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software-related changes to your system?

May I know the exact Bluetooth error you are getting so that I can help you fix the issue?

Could you tell me what happens when you try to update the driver?

i have yet to receive a solution to my HP Omen 30L pc issue with bluetooth, i checked with microsoft and its not a windows problem so i need a HP Omen 30L solution to my pc hardware solving my bluetooth incompatibility.
yes i have checked the bluetooth is up too date and should be functional, but is not and after extensive help from microsoft they referred me to here, stating that it is an HP incompatibility issue
