Even i turn my pc on a blue screen with black background pops up stating not device not found.  I have tried calling resetting to default, I have went thru all of the diagnostic tests and no successes. I don't know what else to doplease help

Error 3F0 usually means the BIOS cannot detect a bootable drive, so resetting Windows may not fix it if the SSD/HDD is failing or not being detected. I’d first check in BIOS whether the storage drive appears, then run HP UEFI hardware diagnostics for the drive. If the drive is missing or fails the test, it likely needs reseating or replacement before Windows can boot again.
