Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 16-a0032dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Pavillion gaming laptop, displays a black screen for about 1min then pulls up an error screw saying boot not found, but after testing all my hardware everything passed

Have you changed anything in boot menu ? Try going into boot menu set back to default or factury settings reboot see if that works. Also have you done the bios update
