I purchased this pc on 11/26 for the sale price. Gave me the option for a shipping of 2-3 business days. However now on the tracking order page it says estimated shipping date is Christmas Eve. Was hoping to have this way before then considering the options to have quick shipping. My recievement date is the 29th thats over a month from purchase! Is this common among HP? I haven't bought from them and questioning why even have different shipping times on purchase if it will take over a month to receive? Is there anyway of speeding up this process? Very disappointed

True - this is a tough time to be ordering any tech - there are so many, many issues that can get in the way.

 

Possible causes of delays might include:

Holiday crush (lots of orders), the world wide chip shortage, the now infamous "supply chain issues", in-stock as compared to "actually" in stock (might change every few seconds). 

 

Is the problem "typical"?  No.

Is there a way to shove to the front of the line?

Maybe.

 

We cannot help - "we" are a user-to-user forum.  We do not have access to your private information nor can we access any HP Sales or HP Service.

 

 

You need to talk to the HP Store Customer Service.

Side Bar:  Be prepared to wait to speak to a sales rep - the queue is staggeringly long.
