Thanks in advance

Game play usually puts stress on the CPU, not just the GPU. It it runs in turbo mode for a long time it can use 180watts

Your i7-12700f CPU runs 180 watts in turbo mode.
That Noctua should work fine.
I looked at the inside of an Omen 15L case and there is no room for a liquid cooler but the NH-U9S seems to be perfect.
You might consider editing the power plan to reduce the %processor speed from 100 to 99. This keeps the CPU out of the highest multiplier. I have found that on Intel CPUs it can make a huge difference in temperatures not to mention prolonging the life of the CPU and system. There is not much difference between %99 and 100 in performance IMHO.

thanks for the reply BeemerBiker.
The CPU is limited to 65 watts, the name of the PC is Victus 15L TG02-0096NL.
I opened the PC and there are fuses in the motherboard that prevent the installation of the noctua.
thanks again
grazie per la risposta BeemerBiker.

ho aperto il pc è nella scheda madre ci sono dei "fusibili" che ne impediscono l'installazione della noctua.
grazie ancora
