Hello,
I have an OMEN PC, and it has a lot of bloatware on it that I didn't want. The biggest pain is that now I want to use Paint.NET, but the software doesn't work because some program has bound itself to the CTRL + SHIFT + X hotkey. I can't crop images using hotkeys and this is a major issue for me. I put up with the bloatware until this point, but this is egregious. I want control of my PC back.
When I press these keys, inside and outside of Paint.NET, nothing happens. I want to know which particular piece of bloatware is doing this, how I remove it, and how I can continue using this PC before I dump the OS out of it and switch to Ubuntu.
Thank you for your time. P.S. This website did everything in its power to make my life hell to even get here -- even clicking "Start the conversation" returned an error.
