Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 16-a0018ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I wanna buy 200w charger to pavilion 16. Original charger use 150w, but very hot after playing some games. I think, if I buy more power, it will not be so hot? Cause it will not use everything resources that charger gives. So, there another voltage too, but I think it will not use all power of charger? Help me, and sorry, if u don't understand smth, write, I'm bad in English.

Short answer: yes, you can, such as this 200-watt charger example: Amazon.com: JUYOON 200W Charger for HP Pavilion Gaming 16 15 17 Omen 16 15 17 ZBook 15 17 G4 G5 G6 C....

 

Just make sure that your laptop's charger-jack has the 4.5 x 3.0mm dimensions:
