I have hp pavilion 15 ec 1025 ax with 512 ssd i want to know can i add 1tb hdd without removing the 512 ssd

It supports dual storage with PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD + 2.5" SATA HD/SSD, It has 512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD now, you can add 2.5" HDD/SSD to your machine.

 

You need  Hard drive connector/cable part # L72698-001 which is N/A from HP Parts store

You can use part # to buy elsewhere. I saw it on Newegg, Amazon, eBay for around 13 dollars. HP won't allow me to post those links, please use Google and search for HP L72698-001 yourself.
