Hi. I am upgrading my GPU and i don't know do i need to upgrade my motherboard too.  I have HP Elitedesk 800 g1 sff with 2x 4gb ddr3 sticks of RAM, intel core i5-4570, 2x hdd 320gb and  Coolermaster elite v3 600w 80+ PSU.

Can i run XFX RX 570?

The main concern that you will have is the space provided for the card.  Here is the Illustrated Parts and Service Guide for the computer: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03812595

 

On Page 2, in the section titled "Other boards", is a list of compatible video cards.  They all appear to be low-profile cards.  You can see this if you run a search for them: https://www.amazon.com/PNY-NVIDIA-Profile-PCI-Express-VCNVS315DVI-PB/dp/B00DC9Q924

 

The PCIe x16 slot on your motherboard is v.2.0.  The card is PCIe x16 is v.3.0.  It is backward compatible, but you won't be able to take advantage of what the v.3.0 offers in the way of features.

 

I suggest that you choose a manufacturer and check their specifications for the RX  570.  Each manufacturer has their own specifications for the card.
