Can i upgrade my Omen by HP Obelisk Desktop PC - 875-0034 CPU to a Core i9-9900

So from what i've read I can upgrade my cpu to an Intel Core i9-9900.

But i have read on one forum that my bios will not offer this option to select the Intel Core I9-9900. Is this true?
