Product: Hp pavilion gameing desktop 690-00xx

My brother says he downloaded an update and now the computer won't go past the hp loading screen it freezes there it freezes if I try system recovery as well I can only use the f1,f2,f9,and f10 menus

Please try HP Cloud Recovery. Refer to this document for steps - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool
