Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello! So I'm currently in a bit of trouble when it comes to updating my BIOS.

 

I tried using the HP Support Assistant and it said there was one available but it stops updating at "Checking available disk space" I also tried to find it on the HP site by looking up my PC on there and searching its different drivers, but there simply wasn't anything to find! I got on the page of my PC and there just wasn't anything there, so now I just don't know what to do.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

BIOS updates aren't always necessary if your PC is doing fine.

 

This HP Site has the latest BIOS update I could find for your MB.

 

HP BIOS updates use the 100 MB EFI System Partition as scratch space. 

 

You may have a problem updating the BIOS within Windows if the EFI partition lacks the required free space to do the update.

 

Let the Forum know if you have a problem doing the above BIOS update.
