Hello, I purchased your HP Victus 15 4050Ti laptop, which you launched two months ago, based on specific system requirements. However, since the day I received it, I have been experiencing slow performance and have requested an exchange. Although it was claimed to have been repaired twice under warranty, the product still freezes and lags. Even if it is sent for repair under warranty again, my belief that it will be properly repaired has been shattered by your authorized service center in Turkey. Therefore, I am requesting your help regarding what I can do about my computer's condition and how to resolve this situation.

This is a peer to peer forum and all I know about warranty is you can return it for repair if it fails the UEFI (F2) diagnostics.

Please check the following site to see what the minimum requirements are for the game or games you want to run.

Possibly NVidia has patches for the 4050ti that are newer than any on the HP site.

Make sure both windows and the game have hardware acceleration enabled.

Make sure the battery is fully charged before starting a game. Your laptop can overheat if it has to charge the battery at the same time as playing a game. Avoid any intensive games if not plugged in.

To mitigate the heat problem you should use a laptop cooler.
In the OGH you should be able to set fan speed. If the fan idles at 80c you need to manually set the fan to maximum. Make sure you have the latest OGH

If you are not using the Omen Game Hub then I recommend you keep the CPU out of turbo mode. Edit the power plan and set the maximum processor speed to %99 for when plugged in and a smaller value if just on batteries
