Well, I would try uninstalling the adapter in the Device Manager. Then reboot the PC.
But if that doesnt work, You should contact HP Support for a warranty claim.
Its possible they might want to replace the wifi card.

HEllo @seow06
I have an 880 series with both channels working and it looks like from your list, yours is too.
Perhaps try going into the router settings and changing the 5 Ghz channel to something above 144.
Sometimes that works.

What is the model number or product number of the Omen 880?
Also, which wifi card do you have? I will be listed in the Device Manager.
Type Device Manager in the Search bar and hit Enter.
Go to Network Adapters and drop the arrow down.
The wifi adapter will either be Realtek or Intel.

IM guessing you have the Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac PCIe adapter.
IF so, is the driver version 2024.0.1.102 ?
