Product: HP Omen 25L desktop

I have an HP Omen 25L desktop GT12-022qd CTO. I've had it for about 4 months. It seems that the case fans are always running at the same slow speed. They do not speed up when the GPU temp increases, nor do they speed up when I select Turbo speed in Omen Gaming Hub. I know they used to speed up and slow down when I first got the computer, and the GPU temps were acceptable. Now the fans always run at the same slow speed, and the GPU is running hotter than it used to (up to mid 90's Celsius, which may not be critical, but it's getting close). The GPU fan does vary speed as needed, but the case fans do not. Is there anything that can be done about this? I don't want to have to keep watching my temps while I'm gaming.
