Hello!

I have been thinking about buying the "Corair Vengeance LPX Black 8GB/DDR4/2400MHz" to my hp pavillion pc. So i wonder if it is compatible with my hp stark 8860 motherboard and my 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 - 11400 processor.

Kind regards,
Elli2939

I recommend you run the utility that I zipped up and attached below and make sure that either corsair memory chip you want to buy has the same specifications and CL speed as the one HP installed.

Hi:

See the motherboard specs link below for the memory upgrade information.

The memory you want to install is too 'slow.'

Hi:

Enter your PC's serial number in the search window at the link below and it should provide a part number and description of the memory HP installed in your PC:

HP PartSurfer

Another thing you can do is to unzip and run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below and it will tell you all the info about the memory, usually including the actual memory part number, manufacturer, etc.

So i should use the Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 2933MHz 16GB Ryzen or Corsair Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 2933MHz 16GB?

I recommend you run the utility that I zipped up and attached below and make sure that either corsair memory chip you want to buy has the same specifications and CL speed as the one HP installed.
