Hello I was hoping to get some help on compatible ram with my prebuilt omen 880- p1xx no specs changed it’s the complete prebuilt form. I have tried adding 2 8 gb 3200 mhz Corsair vengeance rgb ram sticks both with my hyper x fury stick and without it. Unfortunately however no matter what order I put them in my motherboard always beeps unless I stick with my original ram stick. I was hoping to figure out why it’s not compatible and if their are any good upgrades I can get

I read through it and according to it the ram sticks I bought would work fine, however they still do not work even when injected correctly

in order to avoid writing the same thing each time

Some elements may therefore not apply to you
To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information

we need the exact model of your computer, and the product number
To find it follow this
for a desktop computer

HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? | HP® Customer Support
Give the full name with the product number P / N

this is not a model:
HP Desktop M01-F1xxx
the requested product number must look like this
Product Number: 9EE50AA # ABA
the model corresponding to this number will therefore be
HP Desktop - M01-F1033wb

But if it s motherboard specifications, Higos

Curiously, that, finally with your product number:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-by-hp-880-100-desktop-pc-series/18695893/model/18894927/do...

Motherboard Name
  • HP name: Tampa2
  • 8 GB (2x4 GB) DDR4 PC4-19200
  • 12 GB (1x4 GB+1x8 GB) DDR4 PC4-19200
  • 16 GB (2x8 GB) DDR4 PC4-19200
  • 32 GB (4x8 GB) DDR4 PC4-19200

but

" The ram I bought was a 2 pack of 8 gb 3200mhz Corsair vengeance rgb ram sticks "

but whatever it doesn't work your modules are not compatible
