Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I recently installed a new RAM stick Identical to the one that came with the computer (hyperx Kingston fury 16gb 3200mhz ddr4) after seeing both sticks were throttled to 2400mhz I tried getting them both up to rated spec through ryzen master, however after clicking restart my computer will turn on and get power, but won't send any power to my monitor, the case lights turn on as well as my keyboard and Ethernet lights, however nothing else works no matter what I try the monitor is black and not receiving any input. Also I've tried resetting everything from windows to the BIOS but I can't get anything to change

Hi,

It appears your MB does not like the new stick of RAM running at 3200.

I would shout down the PC. Disconnect from AC power. Depress the power button to drain residual energy.

Remove the new stick of RAM. Remove the CR2032 MB battery.

Let the PC sit for a while.

Reinstall the MB battery.

Start the PC to see if you can POST.

Regards
