OMEN 25L DESKTOP - GT12-0045na

So about two weeks ago, my computer randomly started freezing. I didn't download anything suspicious or anything like that but it just randomly kept on freezing for no reason. (about 10 seconds per freeze). I decided to take out the RAM and check to see if it was faulty but it still had the same problem with or without. I chose to go back to windows 10 from the Microsoft website and now my monitor has no signal to my computer. I had also ran virus / malware scans and I didn't find anything. Any help?

If the computer manages to start, it should work, re-read everything that is explained
either you must be able to do the test by starting with the function key

Either you should be able to create a usb key, in order to be able to perform the test from this one

Running the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI Fast Test (about 4 minutes)

When Windows doesn't start, begin the hardware diagnostics by running the Fast Test. The Fast Test is separated into a 1st pass and 2nd pass, with each pass running multiple tests.

  1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

  2. Turn on the computer and immediately press esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the f2 key.

  3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.

If the diagnostics are not available when using the F2 menu, run the diagnostics from a USB drive. To download the latest version of the diagnostics, go to the HP Hardware Diagnostics website. For instructions, see Testing with HP PC Hardware Diagnostics from an external USB device.

if you can't even do that, then you will have to go to a professional to have it repaired
