My omen pc (870-213w) had accidentally shut off when it was updating so I turned it back on and it is now stuck on the boot up screen with only just the icon. And I am trying to get to the BiOS Screen but I forgot what is my BiOS key for this pc! And I tried multiple ways or things to fix it but it doesn't work. Please help me.

It would be great to know what the update source was (HP or Windows) and the type of updates (OS, security, or firmware).

 

I can't tell if you have a corrupted BIOS or a corrupted Windows bootloader. Getting stuck at the HP boot logo usually means the PC cannot complete a successful Power On Self Test (POST). But you have video, this is good.

 

See if you can get to the HP UEFI startup menu. This will check USB function, Start the PC. Repeatedly tap "ESC".

 

You  should be able to select Diagnostics (F2) or select (F10) to enter the BIOS.
