Hello i just wanna ask is there any way to control ur cpu and gpu fan speeds?

@h3rox , welcome to the Community.

 

HP doesn't normally have fan controls in the BIOS/UEFI.  You will have to find a third-party app that will control them, such as, SpeedFan or HWiNFo.  I can't guaranty that they will work, but it is worth a try.
