Can I put a 

ASRock - H370M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard into a omen obelisk 875-0060

@David202 , welcome to the forum.

 

HP has their motherboards made to their specifications.  Therefore, they are not always the same as a retail boards; including the mounting hole placement.  Here is your motherboard with the mounting holes marked with red lines:

Also, here is a link to the ASRock motherboard on their website: https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H370M%20Pro4/index.asp#Specification

 

Click on the picture of the board and look at the mounting hole placement.  The holes do NOT appear to be in the same locations on the bottom of the board.  You may have problems with the front connectors, as well.  You can contact ASRock's Tech Support to see if they can tell you if their board will fit your case.
