Cpu goes up to 100°C

Hello dear community,

my cpu goes up to 100°C when i play video games.

I bought this Omen Obelisk Desktop Gaming PC for 3 weeks ago and everything was fine. Cpu: Intel Core i7 9700F, Gpu: Rtx 2060 super, Ram: 16GB.

Then I noticed during playing video games that my pc gets very loud. Then i checked the temperatures and noticed that the cpu gets up to 100 degrees hot. Btw im playing on the lowest grafic on any game settings for more performance. Im using HWMonitor to see the temperatures. The Cpu is between 60%-80% in Gta V with 70°C-95°C, in Battlefield V the Cpu is 100% all the time with 85°C-100°C. My Gpu never reache over 40% and my ram is also good with 11/16GB usage. I think that is a little bit to hot for my Cpu. The temperatures of the cpu dont reach high temperatures for a short time, it stand a little bit on 95°C-100°C and than it goes back to 85°C-90°C in Battlefield V. What i have to add, my Framerate is never under 100 Frames per second, also when i reach 100°C. Now im thinking about a new Cpu cooler, is that a good idea ? And what is with my garantie when i do that ? Do i lose my garantie with changing components in my pc.

Also, what is the brand/model of your monitor?  A link to it with the specifications would be helpful.
