when i upgrade the cpu no peripharals lights turn on gpu fan turn on its only case fan and cpu fan i had to downgrade back instead of using the 5 3600 i dont know what my motherboard is exactly

What is the factory CPU?

 

Can't locate your specific PC using 3V2Z3AV. Check this Site to find the exact product number.

 

I can only guess HP is not including support in the factory BIOS for the 3600 even if AMD indicates this is possible.

 

You would have to check for a HP BIOS update which may include support for this CPU.

 

No BIOS update support for the 3600 means you can't use this part.
