Good morning, the computer arrived today.
I am so angry that my computer which I spent 4048 euros on and only used for a month and a half broke and after sending it to your service for repairs it was reduced to this state:
Very dirty, full of stains and dust, no cleaning was carried out, in fact I sent the computer very clean which can also be seen from the photos of the previous emails I sent before sending it for repair.
On the sheet it says that they changed the motherboard and the video card but the original cables were not installed and they are also badly organised.
The computer and box arrived deformedand, some pieces broken
To conclude my request is the following: I ask for a new working computer with safe packaging shipped with BARTOLINI NEVER UPS!!! or be reimbursed for the full cost of the PC €4048.

I see that there is an issue with the new laptop after it came back from repair and as you are looking for a replacement with a new one..
The support here is limited to troubleshooting and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to get it escalated.
