hi

I may not have understood everything, but there is a mistake somewhere.
if you have not put a product in the basket, then validated with the bank information, nothing can be done..
Anyway, nothing can be done here, ..

unless you were signed in with your hp account, and have made purchases previously , maybe !

I advise you to contact the hp store directly
And if you are in Europe, going through a third-party reseller may be more advantageous
