You have to watch carefully
the speaker can sometimes restart if it performs an update, normally we are warned
check if in the windows updates this could correspond

How do you see that it has restarted exactly?
If you do not use it, go to sleep, check, disable the sleep options to see if still the same

It is not windows updates as i look to see if this was the problem it is not.

what i see is i have to put in my windows code at the start same as fresh reboot, so anything i was doing is gone computer has restarted it's self.

Sleep options and shut downs are all turned off so this is not the problem as well

Thanks for any help you can give me as this is really troublesome 😞

I doubt it will give a result, but in case do the tests

Doesn't seem to be a temperature issue if you don't do anything at the time, but check

also check, I don't think this is the case here, but if you have micro power cuts and the computer is configured to restart ..
see in the bios, if you have an option, restart after power loss, disabled

I think you will need to contact your seller or hp for warranty support.

Sorry, I would like to tell you that I have a solution, but I' 'm afraid it's hardware
