My HP Pavilion was working fine up until last night, when I turned it on and it showed the hp logo and a circle loading. After a second the circle froze and the pc would not do anything. After turning it off and on again it took me to a blue screen with “automatic repair. Your pc did not start correctly”

I’ve tried everything in advanced options, looked up several videos, startup repair, uninstalling updates, a series of command prompts to check the disks. Every process doesn’t complete and just ends up freezing. I even tried resetting the whole computer but even that froze. Really do not know what to do.

Greetings @Davison2

Welcome to the HP Forum.

It looks like you have tried some recovery option but are hitting a wall.

Try to check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.

I'm thinking your PC has a hardware problem.

Let the Forum know how it goes.

Regards
