Hi,
I just got an Omen 35L desktop, initally it worked fine but after a BIOS upgrade it won't start anymore. The system started to upgrade the BIOS. But after a while the screen went blank and now it won't start anymore.
When powering up the system, the fans and LEDs start but I hear not POST beeps and the screen remains blank.
I also cannot enter the BIOS screen.
I have tried:
- Unplug the PC, hold the power button for 20 seconds to drain residual power, then try booting again.
- CMOS reset using the button on the back
- BIOS recovery using the key combination (WIN+B)
- BIOS recovery using USB BIOS recovery drive
Nothing works.

Greetings @FL29
Welcome to the HP Forum.
It sounds like the BIOS update has corrupted the BIOS.
And you have tried recovering the BIOS using a bootable USB BIOS recovery drive using the steps found at this HP Site. Scroll down to "Recover the BIOS using a USB recovery drive".
It appears your PC has lost video out and USB function if you cannot recover the BIOS using a USB recovery drive
You have two options:
1. Attempt warranty support by contacting HP Support.
2. Have a local PC Tech program the BIOS using a Serial ISP Programmer.
Regards
