Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Device Error : 0x80040203 : E_DEVICE_USB_SPEED_TOO_SLOW

 

FED up 3 moths now tring to get help its a reverb g1  was working finds it just not usb 3.0 i have tricked it by deleteing wrr portal and hollow lense and it shows up as can rum wmr then whan i install back to the usb3.0 (x)   in the box and sys cant run it i guess its a blessing i was about to spend my savings on buying 2x wmr headsets  with this Shambles support I wont bother they ccant even be bothereds its like lets breat the old g1 so they have to buy the g2  I WILL NOT BE

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.  Once I have this information, I will try to help your further.
