Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk2000 Laptop PC (2P1Z8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

While gaming my screen frezzes and half the screen is not working  this was a very rare prblm in the strt but now I can’t even open my laptop because of this reason and i also i have tried to reach customer support so many times but no one reached out !! There are so many lines from the upper screen and then after the line the screen goes blank
