I had bought the laptop three months ago. The laptop is now having a problem. I have already told the hp customer care. The answer I got from you was to repair the laptop. But I have no interest in it. So instead I request you to exchange me a new laptop.Because I can't accept that I'm having problems like this just three months after I bought the laptop and I don't have the slightest desire to use it. Please understand my concern. Please fulfill my request.I am very long time waiting but no response. Please convey my request to the higher up
I am not like the repair I want only replacement. Because this is my dream laptop. How can I accept the repair.because I buying this laptop before three months only. Please help me..
