Hi. Can anybody tell me if an EVGA 1050 Ti graphics card is compatible with my computer. I'm not able to boot but it works ok with an MSI GTX 1030.

In short, according to various sources, the answer would be yes, such as UserBenchMark (see second link below):
According to Upgrading HP ProDesk 600 G1 and G2 for Gaming (SFF and Microtower) (hardware-corner.net), and UserBenchmark: HP ProDesk 600 G1 TWR Compatible Components, there are some very decent graphics card options for your motherboard (HP 18E7 as per: Hewlett-Packard HP ProDesk 600 G1 TWR - Geekbench Browser), specifically the MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GT LP 4GB GDDR5 in my opinion.
However, Users of your system have been able to install up to an RTX 3060-Ti, which is theoretically possible since the 3060-Ti's average power consumption is said to be 120 watt, and as far as I can tell, your desktop has a 320 watt power supply (p/n: 702304-002) which I took in consideration.
Hope this helps!
Kind Regards,
