  1. Hey there! I am facing with a problem that is from yesterday it is showing error 502(CMOS RESET ),and also the system is not opening unless i charge it and after plug in the charger after 3-4 tries my pc is showing the victus logo. I have runed the digonsis yesterday found that i need to replace my battery. Today eveing i have tried to open again i found that my system is still working and at starting i found the error:502 ,later again i treid to re login it all worked normally and i have runed the tests and everything is normal and there is no error in battery(these all happened without charge) and after an hour again its showing the same error:502 and my pc is not working unless I charge it itself.

Hi @Vishwajith1 

 

The issue is the damaged main battery (second image), the battery has internally the CMOS battery and being damaged gives this error, the main battery must be replaced.

 

try updating the BIOS in some cases this solves the problem.
