Hey there,
I have a problem, whenever I try to light my exterior logo it doesn't turn on even though it says that it's turn on in the Omen Gaming Hub.
Thanks 🙂

I reviewed your post and I understand that the Omen light is not turning on.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BOIS and chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Hello there,
Thank you for responding to my question. I just updated the BOIS and still the exterior Omen Logo is not lighting up even though the program says so. I tried downloading the latest chipset ( Jul 3, 2020) but it says it's not supported by my laptop. The product name of my laptop is as follows: 7GM79EA#ABH. Thanks for the help and thank you for the warm welcome 🙂
