Hello
why do you want to change this?
the two fans have different functions, one certainly for the processor and the other for the tower.
It is normal for them to have different speeds
If the pc does not overheat, it works normally, no need to try to modify anything!

My pc does overheat and I need the other fan to spin faster so it does not. I can’t play anything on it because it overheats and then shut down.

@RobinThePlayer,

You need to mention the exact model of this computer, and which fan is the CPU fan.

What is the idle speed on each fan, and specify which fan.

I haven't found a way to control CPU or case fan speed. However, for the gpu you can use afterburner. I know this won't help, but it is what I have found out after over half a year owning an Omen. 10/10 wish I would have just built my own for cheaper and dealt with installing windows.
